SEHARUM NUSANTARA Gold Coast celebrated their first major interstate outing on the October long weekend when they performed at the 10th Anniversary of the Adelaide Indofest festival.
Seharum Nusantara secretary and Adelaide tour coordinator Widya Wright said the event was a landmark in the history of Seharum Nusantara.
To be invited to take part of such a prestigious event was a real honour for Seharum Nusantara” said Widya.
“Until now we have only performed in smaller functions in south-east Queensland and the northern rivers of New South Wales.
“Performing at Indofest in Adelaide has opened many doors for Seharum Nusantara.
“We are now planning a performance in Perth early in 2018 as well as more local performance in south-east Queensland,” she said.
